When playing Rock Band, use your bonus power on multi-notes (chords) as opposed to single sturms notes. They have a higher value & will enable you to gain more points. Also, the power can be used to save an ailing bandmate before he fails or, if failure is imminent allow the player to remain failed for just a bit before you save him allowing that more difficult passage to pass by.
