The cheat for the gnome is Circle L1 L2 R2 R1
It works. I do it all the time. & The gnome is dressed in blue. He's about 2 feet tall [ In the game} and he doesn't move! Hes like a garden gnome. He's always around the sides of the districts. Oh yeah, and he sparkles. =] You'll hear like a moan or a "hmmm" sound when you have done it correctly. When you do a other cheat like unlock all socials, you click him and you select the cheat. ^^ [by: Toni]

I've read all this stuff about cheats (O+L1+l2+R2+R1 etc.) and i've put them in, and my urbs "sighed" and stuff, but i have no idea where this "gnome" is!! and the skills cheats dont seem to have worked either. You have to press start before entering any of the codes.

you do not enter the cheats in the pause menu! you enter them in the xam. the gnome is blue and it is always in a corner. you click on the gnome and pick the cheat you want. [by: isaacashtox]
