Insert the cheats listed below at the Faction menu for the desired result.
$1,000,000 - Right, Down, Left, Up, Up, Left, Down, Right
All Factions Become Neutral - Up, Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Right, Left
Fuel Filled Completely - Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up
Infinite Ammo - Right, Left, Right, Right, Left, Right, Left, Left
Infinite Health - Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right

If your vehicle is low on ammo or health, park it outside of a building you can enter, e.g. a faction outpost.
Enter and exit the building. Your vehicle might be parked in a different spot, but it will have full health and ammo. [by: Roba]
