To pay the bills, you just wait until the thing pops up that has the rent guy and it sais 'are you gonna pay your rent or what??!!'(somethin' like that)then click on the thing that sais "pay bills" (i think its what it sais) but dont click ignore or the next time you go to your house,(or if you are already at your house) he will repozes one of your items or piece of furniture thats in your house. I got the gnome to work. Go to blankwood towers so it's easier to find. I found it after looking/typing the code for 20 min. your urb sighs when you get it right. you can do it on the pause/start screen or during gameplay. I found the blue gnome outside floating in mid air. [by: Cheaterrrrr]
